Where the money goes

When do I see my refund?

Right back to the card or PayPal you paid with. Your bank usually shows it in 5–10 business days.

Do I owe anything if I quit during the free trial?

Not a dime. Cancel inside the 7 free days and you pay nothing.

First payment

Is my first membership payment covered?

Yes. The 15-day money-back guarantee covers the first payment of your membership.

How do I cancel the membership?

Head to consumer.hotmart.com. Click the membership, then payment settings, then cancel subscription. Or shoot me an email and I'll help.

You keep your letters till the end of the month you paid for. Then the charges stop. Months already paid don't get refunded.

Charged by mistake

Forgot to cancel and the charge went through. Can you help?

Write me within 15 days of that charge. Same goes for a charge made by mistake. I'll take a look.

Unsubscribe vs. cancel

If I unsubscribe from the emails, am I cancelled?

No, and folks mix this up a lot. Unsubscribing just stops the letters. The membership payment keeps going.
