Howdy. Down at my home club folks like it straight, no runaround. So here's the whole deal on your information, line by line.
The short of it, honey
- No ad cookies or snoopy trackers on my site.
- Hotmart takes your money. Your card never comes my way.
- I don't sell your information. Period.
- Want your data seen, fixed or gone? Email business@tammygolf.com.
Who
Who's on the other end of this site?
Tammy Coleman Golf. That's the brand for the site, the books and the membership. Just me and my clubs.
Holler at business@tammygolf.com.
Visiting
Do you watch what I do when I visit?
Nope. No account, no sign-up form on the site.
No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no Google or Facebook trackers, no analytics scripts.
Cloudflare hosts my pages. It processes your IP address to get the pages to you and keep them protected.
Video links
What's saved when I click through from a video?
My videos and QR codes use /go/ links and ?src= codes. They save the time, which video or link you used, and the page it took you to.
Also your country, plus a scrambled code made from your IP address. I never store the IP address, and nobody can turn that code back into it.
Point is, I find out which videos actually help folks.
One little cookie hangs around for 30 days. It just keeps track of which book page version you got, so it stays put when you come back. No other cookie gets set by my site. Hotmart's checkout runs its own cookies, under Hotmart's policy.
Buying
What do you get when I buy one of your books?
Hotmart collects your name, email, billing and payment details on its checkout. Your card stays out of my hands.
Hotmart fills me in on your email, what you picked up, what you paid, your country and the video or link that sent you.
On book orders I hang on to a scrambled copy of your email, never the real thing.
Members
What do you hold on to when I join up?
Hotmart hands me your name, email, country, time zone, membership status and dates, and which video or link you came from. That's so I can send your letters.
My letters tell me if they got delivered and which links in them got clicked.
Half-done checkout
Will you bug me if I quit the checkout?
Hotmart may pass me your name and email if you don't finish, or the payment doesn't go through.
I might send two reminder emails, tops. One click and they stop. If you bought already, you won't hear a peep.
Your notes
Do you keep the emails I write you?
I keep your message and email so I can write you back.
The full raw copy of an email gets deleted after 90 days. The text of your message stays, so I can keep up with our chat.
AI helper
Is AI writing back to me?
It might lend a hand. An AI writing assistant may help draft my replies so you hear back quicker. Your message gets used for that alone.
Uses
What's all this information good for?
Getting you your books and letters, answering you, and handling refunds.
Figuring out which videos help.
And telling you about other books from Tammy Coleman Golf, always with an unsubscribe link.
Never
Is my information ever sold or used for ads?
No, ma'am, no, sir. I won't sell your personal information or rent it out. And it's never shared for advertising, either.
Helpers
Who else gets a hand in this?
Hotmart (payments, book delivery, membership billing). Resend (my email sender). Cloudflare (hosts the site, stores my data, gets the email you send me).
Each has its own privacy policy.
Your rights
How do I quit the emails or check my data?
Hit the one-click unsubscribe link in any email, or reply with the word “unsubscribe”.
Email business@tammygolf.com to see, correct or delete your data. I'll answer within 30 days. Good anywhere in the US, California included.
Hotmart keeps its own purchase records, like the law says.
Keeping
How long do you keep my stuff?
Member data: while you're a member, until you tell me to delete it.
Unsubscribed? I keep only a scrambled “do not email” note, so you never get another one. Order records: as long as the law requires.
Kids
Are children allowed to sign up?
The books and membership are for adults. I won't knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Updates
What if you rewrite this page?
I'll update the page and the “Last updated” date. Peek at that date.

Keep it low and keep it honest, y'all. — Tammy
